Apparently, if you angle the jets in the whirlpool tub just so and let out just enough water, you can have a nifty water cannon that shoots hot soapy water out the bathroom door and down the stairs!

Eavesdropping

In the grocery store looking at rhubarb. Me: You can eat the root of that but I think the leaves are poisonous? M: How poisonous? Me: What do you mean how poisonous, poison is poison. M: I mean am I gonna die if I eat it or just have a really bad day?

"Don't step on that mushroom! You'll get athlete's foot!" (mushrooms are a fungus, athlete's foot is caused by a fungus, ergo...) M. 7/20/11
"This book says scorpions make good pets." M. with accompanying hopeful look. As if. Unless this is part of his plot to make a dog seem better. 7/2010
"Grandma speaks Italian?!!!" M. in amazement as I tried to sell the idea of Italian Camp 7/2010
